About the Artists:
Laura Tomb (Laura Ortega Barandiaran de Tomb) studied in Lima, Peru graduating as Art Teacher, and Professional Artist after 8 years of intense instruction at the National Fine Arts School of Lima. She has won many art awards, and her artwork is part of several collections around the world (U.S., South America, Europe, Israel, and India). Laura Tomb has taught Art for about 9 years. She is the Art Director at Joy Christian School, (Glendale, AZ), and teaches Art courses in a Community College. Now she works with her husband Mark, who has a natural talent for color, and design, providing custom designed artwork and murals for private residences and businesses.
We also offer art instruction where you can learn to create your own designs, and to master several art techniques, such as oil painting, watercolor, drawing, etc.
Our murals have been featured in several newspapers such as: The Arizona Republic, Peoria Independent, Daily News Sun, Surprise Today, The Glendale Star, Peoria Times, Fountain Hills Times, and many more.
